GERCHGROUP wins polis Award 2022 for “THE Q” , Nuremberg
First place for category „ Urban Continuance Recycling"
The former Quelle mail order house gets a second future thanks to the team of architects and urban planners Kister, Scheithauer und Gross, [KSG] who want to transform the commercial building into an open, lively urban quarter under the name "The Q".
On 2 May 2022, GERCHGROUP's plans for the revitalisation project convinced the „polis AWARD“ jury on the basis of the demand-driven utilisation concept and the expected added value for the entire district.
Scholarships
The Neufert Foundation grants a one time scholarship to bachelor graduates, who studied architecture, urban development and landscape architecture and are pursuing a Masters Degree.
